About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager - New Channels to acquire therapy and psych patients through non-SEM digital acquisition channels. This person will support existing paid social efforts and craft the audience and campaign strategy to expand into new channels such as programmatic display/video, audio and programmatic OOH. To be successful, this person will need to be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong data analysis skills and be an effective collaborator with both internal cross-functional teams as well as external partners. This role will work closely with internal creative, web, lifecycle, analytics and ops teams as well as external agency and vendor partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience dedicated to managing multiple non-SEM paid channels

  • Hands-on-keyboard experience managing digital channels

  • Experience analyzing data from disparate systems to identify trends, i.e. ad platforms, site analytics tools, BI tools and CRMs

  • ​​Experience working with cross-functional teams (creative, web, lifecycle, analytics and ops teams)

  • 2+ years working at a high growth startup

  • Experience in programmatic video/display, dOOH, audio, and/ or paid social

  • Experience with new platform set up and troubleshooting audience integrations and tracking requirements

  • Experience managing agency partners

  • Experience in the healthcare, mental health or other highly regulated space

  • Experience launching and scaling a new channel from 0 >1
