Welo Data is building a talent pipeline within Korea comprised of doctoral-level expertsin preparation for upcoming projects with major AI clients. This is not a position that starts immediately. In preparation for projects expected to begin within the coming months, we would like to invite experts in advance so that we can move quickly once a position is confirmed. Qualifications for Application

We are looking for individuals with deep expertise,not merely general knowledge:

• Individuals who have obtained or are expected to obtain (completed) a **PhD in one of the following fields:**
• 사회·행동과학 (psychology, sociology, anthropology, political science, economics, etc.)
• Humanities (history, philosophy, religious studies, area studies, etc.)
• 예술 (art history, performance arts, music, media and cultural studies, etc.)
• 언어학 (Korean linguistics, translation studies, applied linguistics, literature, etc.)
• Native or expert-level proficiency in Korean
• Excellent writing and critical thinking skills — ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines

Expected Job Responsibilities

Once a project is confirmed, selected experts will support AI model training and evaluationin the following manner:

• Providing systematic and actionable feedback for model performance improvement
