Prosci Europe is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to focus on managing full lifecycle recruitment for Prosci’s growing European business. Reporting to the European Talent Director and working closely with the Principal European Talent Partner, Talent Director, Senior Leadership Team and Hiring Managers, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a robust multi-year talent acquisition strategy and annual hiring plan, including a talent pool of industry-leading change advisors and contract consultants. Though a combination of teamwork within the European and Global Talent Team and continuously improving our employer brand, talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding practices, your expertise will help us accelerate our growth objectives in Europe.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented recruiter/HR Specialist to be part of Prosci’s exciting growth and expansion plans in Europe and play a proactive role in positioning Prosci as change partner and employer of choice across Europe and beyond. The role requires business acumen, empathy, collaboration, flexibility, and a structured, process driven approach. With a deep understanding of our business strategy and culture, you’ll help shape our future by hiring new team members and working with the market Talent Partner to develop current team members’ careers. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience by sharing talent best practices, recommending process innovations, and embedding our Values and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all you do.

Requirements

  • Position and Job Management: Work with The European Talent Partner and Team Leaders to develop clear role profiles (based on Prosci’s Global Career Architecture and Competency Framework) and agree annual hiring plans and promotion opportunities
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and manage the strategy and implementation of building our talent pipeline, especially in our delivery team (advisory, consulting, instruction and training support). Implement effective sourcing strategies to identify, evaluate, engage and build relationships with both active and passive candidates.
  • Recruiting: Work with Hiring Managers to develop clear role profiles and job postings, based on Prosci’s existing processes, tools, competencies and desired organisational design.
  • Own and drive the hiring process while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with department team leaders to assure role and hiring plan approvals, lead kick off calls, post jobs, conduct talent screens, complete scorecards, administer assessments, lead interview debriefs.
  • Manage the recruitment and engagement process for contractors, working closely with the delivery and legal team to issue Master Service Agreements and with support from the Legal team and Delivery leadership, manage contract queries when needed.
  • Onboarding: Work with the European Talent Coordinator and Talent Partner to ensure all new team members and contractors are onboarded successfully and market appropriate due diligence checks are conducted.
  • Process & Metrics, Global Talent Management Projects: Continuously improve the current talent acquisition process. Identify areas of improvement within current practices and implement successful strategies to improve.
  • Create measurable goals for the Europe market and deliver quarterly dashboards demonstrating progress and effectiveness.
  • Participate in other talent-related projects and initiatives, support European and global employer branding maturity, provide input and perspective on employee value proposition, programme offerings and external employer branding marketing campaigns.

Based on the scope and responsibilities of the role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies:

Minimum:

  • Several years in-house talent acquisition experience in a high-growth organisation.
  • Experience of attracting and recruiting top talent across multiple European countries, cultures and languages, and an understanding of the relevant recruitment and employment legislation.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English to professional level is essential.
  • Experience with a range of different talent acquisition methods, including in-house and outsourced.
  • Able to understand profitability drivers and investment trade-offs, and translate business strategy into people strategy.
  • Very strong networking skills – able to build partnerships both inside and outside the organisation.
  • A track record of finding, selecting and securing the best candidates to meet current and future business needs.
  • Demonstrates honesty, integrity and authenticity throughout the hiring process, with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Effective communicator. Able to clearly explain the hiring process and content to candidates, hiring leaders and interview teams whilst addressing the unique needs of each audience.

Preferred:

  • Experience of recruiting consultants within a professional services organisation. An understanding of how to attract, manage and maintain contractor positions, as well as regular employees.
  • Professional capability in spoken and written Spanish, German or Dutch.
  • Relevant HR, Talent Acquisition or Organisational Development Degree or Certifications would be useful.
  • Experience with programmes to identify and attract distinctive and diverse talent, including targeting under-explored talent pools, as well as recognizing and correcting selection practices that may have missed qualified candidates.

Benefits

Work Location: Fully Remote with occasional trips to regional offices required. Candidates must be resident in one of Prosci Europe’s European country bases.

Compensation: Competitive. Will vary based on candidate experience, qualifications and location.
