Requirements

Responsibilities

User Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct user research to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of candidates.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for product innovation.

Product Design and Prototyping:

  • Design user-centric interfaces and interactions that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts and user flows.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing product designs.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to improve product usability and adoption.
  • Create quick MVPs with No-code tools like Framer and Web flow.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to align product goals and priorities.
  • Communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations effectively through presentations, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Contribute to product strategy development by providing insights, ideas, and design solutions that address user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define product roadmaps, feature priorities, and release plans based on market feedback and strategic goals.

Build the Design Team with us:

  • Collaborate on Design Team internal goals like Design System, User Research Methodologies, Design Team Philosophies or Visual Design

Required skills and experience:

  • A well-curated portfolio or case studies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar software.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
  • Well-versed in no-code tools such as Framer & Webflow.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience designing digital products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen on applying user research, user-needs validation and usability evaluation.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design and visual design principles
