About the opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Working Student to support us in driving our Product Growth. As a Product Growth Working Student, you will be engaging with one of our biggest accounts and have a real impact in our operations. Your tasks will include:
Engaging with Merchants: Proactively reach out to merchants to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure they are maximizing the benefits of our product.
Collecting Feedback: Document and analyze merchant feedback to provide insights to the Product and Operations teams for continuous improvement.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
Gathering product expertise: Become an expert in our product to effectively generate and sustain customer interest.
Requirements
German speaking
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Masters in Business or related field
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in SaaS sales is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Based in Berlin
