About finmid

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with the onboarding activities, such as scheduling onboarding calls, preparing new employee onboarding documents, etc.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

  • Support the HR team with employee engagement activities and events.

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, leave, and other HR-related matters.

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of an equipment management process.

  • Support the development and enforcement of access management processes.

  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve the efficiency of HR and IT processes.

  • Support the HR team on ad-hoc projects and tasks, including the automation of HR processes.

What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with IT equipment and access management.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus points for:

  • German-language proficiency

  • Experience with process automation

  • Experience working with remote teams
