About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will work with the Data Operations team that is responsible for storing, moving, and visualizing the many data elements in the Interfolio ecosystem. You will work with the associate director of product and VP of product to determine the roadmap for data, align priorities internally, handle go-to-market efforts, and manage launch readiness processes.

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with the Data Operations team and engineers that support the product
  • Undertaking analysis of situations and big data
  • Managing product releases by aligning internal and external stakeholders on new feature sets
  • Working directly with internal business partners to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace
  • Leading the execution of a product roadmap for a single feature area
  • Defining and prioritizing product requirements
  • Contributing to development and execution of the product strategy

Requirements

  • Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, and be able to think analytically
  • Have an understanding of best practices in data managementta
  • Possess an understanding of the largest challenges in in higher education, ideally through experience working in higher education or in the EdTech space
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to a wide audience
  • Have a great working knowledge of Monday.com, Jira, Roadmunk, Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Have experience with Sisense (or another similar BI tool), Snowflake understanding is desired
  • Have experience in a Product Management
