As the Product Marketing Manager at 7shifts, you will play a key role in developing and executing the go-to-market plan aimed at driving the adoption of our payroll, time-clocking, and labor compliance products. Reporting to our Director, Product Growth you will work cross-functionally across all levels of the organization to drive large product initiatives at the department and organization level.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive customer engagement for our payroll, time-clocking, and labor compliance products by developing and executing product go-to-market strategies
  • Research and analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify strategic opportunities and ensure our product strategies align with market demand
  • Leverage user data to create product positioning and segmentation and help form an ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Develop and execute product-led growth strategies to drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention of our payroll, time-clocking, and labor compliance products
  • Develop pricing, packaging & bundling strategies to drive adoption of our products
  • Create a variety of marketing assets including email campaigns, in-app messaging, tutorials, guides, and videos to educate and guide users through the customer journey
  • Continuously experiment with new growth tactics, channels, and messaging to optimize conversion rates, reduce churn, and drive revenue growth

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience creating and executing product go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience collaborating and managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels and driving large product initiatives
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms that showcase our products’ value to various audiences
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and launching go-to-market strategies for new or expansion products, as well as developing and implementing monetization strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn deep data into actionable insights that drive product metric improvements
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience in the restaurant or restaurant tech industry
