The Job

As a Product Marketing Manager at Imprint, you'll help define what makes Imprint and our products different. You will lead product positioning, messaging, and launches, and you will work closely with our executive team to tell our story and ensure that we stand out in a world traditionally dominated by large banks.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with CEO & Founder: Partner with our CEO & Founder in describing to all relevant stakeholders (customers, team members, investors) how Imprint uniquely combines a modern technology company with a credit card company
  • Own Imprint Product Story: Develop a clear statement and narrative around what makes Imprint compelling, what benefits our products uniquely provide, and why brands should choose us over large banks
  • Collaborate with Product: Partner with product teams to (1) ensure that our products deliver clear customer benefit and that we articulate that tangible value, and (2) influence product development and strategies for releases
  • Craft Narratives: Create compelling product narratives, differentiated positioning, and resonant messaging by weaving together market dynamics, customer needs, and product benefits
  • Own Marketing Content: Develop our customer content strategy and create a deeply textured website that articulates our product story, benefits, and case studies
  • Contribute to Business Development: In collaboration with our business development teams, develop clear, concise, and actionable GTM content and deliverables for sales leaders and customers
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Finance, Design, Enablement, and Marketing.

What We Look For

  • Prior experience as a founder building and selling a product is a huge plus
  • 4-8 years experience in leading product marketing initiatives, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful product launches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for customer advocacy and market research.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.

Annual salary range: $200,000 - $300,000, and competitive equity package
