Providence Health Plan's Healthcare Experience and Health Equity Division is responsible for the strategy and execution of best-in-class equitable experience throughout the entire healthcare lifecycle for members, providers, and customers

Providence Health Plan is calling a Program Coordinator, CAHPS who will:

  • Be responsible for program coordination and support for CAHPS and experience improvement initiatives across the enterprise
  • Support the overarching CAHPS strategy for the organization while working with cross-functional teams to implement improvement activities
  • Interface with vendors, provider groups, and medical staff and will support vendor programs and efforts
  • Work with external partners to create a differentiated healthcare experience for Providence members
  • Support organizational change to center the Health Plan around CAHPS and healthcare experience creating a culture of true advocacy for our members, provider partners, and customers

  • Washington
  • California

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Process Improvement, Project Management, Program Coordination
  • 1+ years of experience with CAHPS, Healthcare/Member Experience, Patient Experience, Customer Service, or Stars

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
