You will be responsible to ensure the successful delivery of new and existing functionalities for Oracle Primavera P6, to support project planning team and to cooperate with cross functional team in multiple transformation programs of Equipment & Projects organization. You will combine project planning and program management skills, technical expertise, data-driven approach and communication abilities to drive insights and accelerate business decisions.
As Program execution manager - Primavera P6 project planning development & maintenance, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical guidance to team members to ensure the successful activity progress.
• Supporting ITO/OTR planners on: 1st plan creation, project plan control, Customer monthly report, S-curve development settings.
• Facilitating NPD team, importing Microsoft Project plan in P6, defining standard codes and activities relation.
• Leading P6 maintenance to existing interfaces as incident management, data fix, changes tests etc..
• Collaborating on new initiatives and/or P6 redesign, detecting areas of improvement and business needs, getting support from collecting, processing, and analyzing large and complex data sets.
• Working with Digital Technology and DevOps team for system daily monitoring and regression test.
• Supporting team on all initiatives impacting P6 as: Planning Standard work, Project Risks Milestones, New PEI Demand contingency, ITO/OTR one Plan.
• P6 Tool data maintenance: EPS and OBS redesign, users roles and project access privileges redesign, business data governance (including deletion of unused functionalities).
• Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and work instructions on planning stand points.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques in data science and artificial intelligence.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or some experience in program management or related field.
• Have excellent project management skills, experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
• Have excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Have very good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in an exciting environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have very good knowledge of Primavera P6 and O365 apps (at least very good at MS Excel, experience with Sharepoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow), knowledge of systems such as Oracle ERP.
• Have knowledge/experience in Enterprise business operation and Lean Six Sigma. Experience with data visualization tools such as Real Track, PowerBI or similar.
