About the Role

As a Program Intern at RevoU, you will play a crucial role in supporting the curriculum development team by handling various administrative tasks essential for the creation and maintenance of our high-quality educational programs. Operating under the guidance of the Programs team, you will collaborate closely with curriculum experts to ensure that all curriculum materials are accurate, up-to-date, and efficiently integrated into our Learning Management System (LMS).

More specifically, you will be responsible to:

  • Assist in administrative tasks related to curriculum development, including documentation, and data entry,
  • Conduct manual data or learning material inputs into the Learning Management System (LMS) accurately and efficiently to support curriculum development efforts,
  • Collaborate closely with the curriculum development team to understand project requirements and priorities,
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to optimize administrative processes and enhance efficiency,
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in all tasks,
  • Proactively identify and address any challenges or bottlenecks in the administrative and data or learning material input processes,
  • Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on project progress and seek clarification on tasks when needed,
  • Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to support the timely delivery of our curriculum creation.

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has and/or is strong at:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program or undergraduate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google collaboration tools: Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Gdocs, Gsheet, and Gslides is essential for completing administrative tasks and data inputs effectively. Additionally, familiarity with other relevant software tools may be required based on the specific needs of the role, such as learning management system or other database management system.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles or data entry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work: Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accuracy and reliability in administrative tasks and data inputs. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality work by carefully reviewing and double-checking their work to minimize errors and inconsistencies.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks: The role may require candidates to work independently on certain tasks or projects. Therefore, candidates should be self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative to complete tasks without constant supervision. This ability to work autonomously is essential for maintaining productivity and deadlines.
