Compensation: $68,700 - $75,800 / year

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Planning & Forecasting department under our Operations division. As a Project Coordinator you will be accountable for helping drive various initiatives and processes within the project management team and operations. You will work closely with senior project managers and leads to initiate, plan, perform, and complete project and process improvement initiatives. We’re looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up and jump into the weeds, is hungry to build new systems and tech knowledge, and can fluently translate knowledge into action. You’ll be a key member of a mission-critical team that pushes the envelope with constant process and operational improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about building their project management muscle to grow into more strategic project roles in the future.For positions offering fully remote flexibility, please keep in mind all Icario employees must live within the United States full time. All employee work conducted for Icario must be performed within the United States.

Why We Need You

  • Ensure management and on-time delivery of post-launch project communication tasks
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with other internal project resources to effectively manage operations initiatives and associated internal tasks to completion
  • Own progress reporting and internal stakeholder updates with assigned process and operational improvements leveraging Workfront and other tracking systems
  • Play a key role in managing operations documentation and version control across a library of institutional knowledge
  • Assist in the ongoing improvement of internal and client-impacting planning tools and processes
  • Become fluent with the Workfront project structure across all Icario platforms
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • 2-3 years' experience managing various milestones with internal and external projects
  • Ability to establish trust with internal project managers and cross-functional colleagues, build productive relationships, and ensure alignment across operations
  • Experience balancing and managing multiple complex internal initiatives and cross-functional requests with measurable outcomes
  • Success with tracking process improvements and oversight measures that help achieve operational KPIs
  • Ability to excel and succeed in environments of ambiguity, changing priorities, and rapid iteration.
  • Excellent facilitator with proven written and verbal communication skills; e.g., ability to write detailed, understandable notes and other business documents
  • Be a collaboration champion within the project team and across other functional teams
  • Experience serving as a creative, flexible, positive problem-solver who takes initiative and practices extreme ownership
  • Familiarity with project and/or work management tools (especially Workfront) is a plus
  • CAPM (PMI certified) or other project certification is nice to have, but not required
