Salary: P40,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Experience in project management in either Furniture, Construction, Interior design or Architecture industry.
- High level of English (written and verbal), for clear and efficient communication with Australian customers and supplier.
- Can take Project Ownership – from planning to delivery.
Nice to Have:
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Prior experience using Buildertrend software
What will you do?
Initial Project Setup
- Convert job estimate/quote into Buildertrend excel import
- Job setup in Buildertrend (Project Management Software)
- Submitting RFQs to Suppliers
- Submitting RFIs to Customers
- Facilitating Shop Drawings
- Reading Floor plans/verifying product take-off
- Confirming Project Terms and issuing Deposit Invoice
Project Executing/Management
- Scheduling jobs as per Client Programme (If no programme – create one in partnership with the Client)
- Client Communication - regarding specs, finishes, delivery etc., and variations
- Supplier Communication - regarding product availability/ETA/lead time etc,., pricing, and efficient logistics (lean management)
- Issuing Purchase Orders – with detailed Scope of Works
- Delivery – working closely with Logistics/Installation Supplier to ensure programme is met to 100% quality
Project Closing
- Ensuring job complete to quality (defect free)
- Collecting Project Documents/Photos from Install Supplier (storing in Job Folder)
- Submitting Final Claim/Invoice to client - BUILDERTREND
- Assessing Supplier Invoice – approving/rejecting (notifying supplier) payment - BUILDERTREND
- Buildertrend Final Job check – PO’s, Invoices, Budget, Margins
- Project de-brief to the Sales Team
