Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:30AM-05:30 AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field
- Previous experience working in a law firm
- Familiarity with contract and document management
- Proficient in using document management software
- Skilled in file administration tasks, including setting up new matters
- Knowledgeable in using LEAP Legal Software, MS Office Tools, and other relevant technology
- Demonstrate exceptional spoken English proficiency
- Previous experience working in an Australian company is highly desirable
What will you do?
- Assist with drafting cost agreements.
- Open new matters.
- Confirm and enter correct client contact details.
- Save various documents to matters.
- Run conflict checks for possible new clients.
- Data entry and document filing.
- Administrative functions.
