    The Quality Assurance Department ensures that every aspect of our talent operations, from platform, content strategy implementation, and streaming performance - meets our internal standards and aligns with the agency’s overall objectives.     Role Overview

    The Quality Assurance Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining the daily operational quality of model activities and ensuring that agency-wide standards are met. This role supports the Talent Management and Relationship Management team by reviewing processes, checking for compliance, and ensuring that each creator’s strategy is being executed correctly and consistently.

    You’ll be responsible for monitoring task completion, verifying daily checklists, reporting any deviations from content strategy, and helping maintain overall operational excellence across departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Daily Operations & Monitoring

    • Monitor and verify that daily marketing and streaming checklists are completed accurately.

    • Ensure models’ pre-stream and post-stream processes follow agency guidelines.

    • Track live stream performance quality and note operational or behavioral irregularities.

    • Support QA Specialists by compiling data and summaries from monitoring sessions. Quality & Compliance

    • Review and validate adherence to marketing strategies, posting schedules, and engagement rules.

    • Identify gaps in compliance with company SOPs and report issues promptly to the QA Specialist or Head of QA.

    • Assist in ensuring privacy and data protection policies are followed by all staff and creators.

    • Record and escalate any instances of content or communication non-compliance. Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare and submit daily QA checklists and performance summaries.

    • Log quality observations, issues, and improvement notes within the QA tracking system.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of stream reports, strategy adherence, and corrective actions taken.

    • Support weekly QA summary reports highlighting trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement. Cross-Department Support

    • Collaborate with the Talent Management and Relationship Management teams to ensure smooth information flow and transparency of talent’s performance during live streaming.

    • Provide operational feedback to relevant departments to help improve efficiency and consistency.

    • Support new initiatives from the Head of QA to elevate service quality and execution standards. Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in operations, quality control, or administrative support (agency experience preferred).

    • Strong attention to detail, consistency, and data accuracy.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to report findings clearly and professionally.

    • Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple daily reports across departments.

    • Proficient in digital tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, and Excel or similar.

    • Comfortable reviewing sensitive content in a professional and objective manner.

    • Understanding of privacy and confidentiality best practices. Nice to Have

    • Experience in digital marketing, creator management, or streaming related QA roles within an online agency.

    • Knowledge of social media or content streaming workflows.
