Job Summary: The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible working with the staffing team to maintain and update scheduling needs. Additionally, the individual will provide assistance with information tracking, updating, and maintaining various databases, and spreadsheets as well as other administrative duties as assigned. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with recruiting efforts to attract the best talent.
  • Maintain all applicant and interview data in our applicant tracking software.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience; ensure a positive and personable candidate experience with each communication via phone, email, and in person.
  • Facilitate the interview process from start to finish--scheduling phone screens and interviews, arranging travel and managing candidates while onsite.
  • Problem solve with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates in case of scheduling conflicts.
  • Monitor hiring funnels to ensure candidates are moving through the process with speed/efficiency.
  • Assist and manage candidates through the pre-boarding process.
  • Support other special projects, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field or experience equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR/Staffing experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Mail.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System, Grennhouse is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.

  • Ability to independently research topics.

  • Possess basic knowledge of Natera's mission, strategic aims, and programs.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$25—$31.25 USD
