We’re looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to guide our candidates through every step of the interview process. You will support our recruiters and hiring managers with complex scheduling, and be on the frontlines acting as an ambassador of Front to our candidates. If you are incredibly organized, care deeply about candidate experience, have a strong bias for action, and remain calm under pressure, then this may be the role for you!
Ideally, we are looking to hire someone based in SF. This is a remote role, with the option to onboard in-person in our SF office.
This is a part-time hourly position. Weekly hours could vary anywhere from 8 - 20 hours a week, depending on business needs.


  • Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews, including phone screens, video interviews, and virtual panel interviews
  • Coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers, often across multiple time zones
  • Ensure that every candidate has a positive experience with Front, regardless of hiring outcome
  • Manage candidate flow and ensure data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (currently Lever, switching to Ashby)


  • 1+ year of work experience, preferably in Recruiting or HR
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with heavy calendaring in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Bonus points:

  • Experience with Front is a huge plus!
  • Experience with an ATS (Lever, Ashby, Greenhouse - Ashby preferred!)
  • Enthusiasm for learning new productivity tools and workflows
The hourly pay range for this SF-based position is $35-40 / hour.
