Role overview:

Nursa is looking for highly motivated Regional Business Development Representatives to join our team, covering the Texas & Oklahoma region. Ideal candidates will be exceptionally skilled at identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, collaborating with the Account Executives, setting high-value customer demos, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. This is an incredible opportunity to be an early member of the Nursa Operations Team as we continue to grow at an exceptional pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive facility acquisition velocity by supporting a region of Account Executives through outbound calling to cold and warm leads

  • Create and execute outbound prospecting plans targeting healthcare partners across your territory that ensure quota is either hit or exceeded

  • Identify and onboard new facilities by working with Administrators, Director of Nurses, and, Schedulers as they adopt Nursa

  • Create new business relationships between Nursa and healthcare corporations across your territory through calling, networking, and referrals

  • Leverage existing client relationships to source additional healthcare providers in need of Nursa services

  • Develop strategic growth plans that lead to increased sales in an assigned region

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives and other teams to find new areas of opportunity and expansion

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in outbound calls and cold calling

  • Strong phone skills with overcoming objections and qualifying new leads

  • Consistent over achiever and top performer

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup, or other dynamic environment a plus
