Salary: $150,000-$185,000 + Variable Bonus ($30,000-$40,000) + Equity

[REMOTE] Director of Client Engagement (B2B fintech payment exp. req.) Description

Our client is one of the most innovative start-ups disrupting the current technology landscape with their unequivocally unique platform. To continue this runway, they are looking to add a Remote Director of Client Engagement after their previous team member was promoted. Acting as the voice of their account management strategy, you will work to align customer needs and revenue goals while driving a customer-first culture that complements transformation objectives. To achieve this, you will oversee the entire B2B customer lifecycle amongst their mid-level to enterprise clients, ensuring customer relationships are strong and adoption goals are met. You’ll act as a player/coach, providing consultation to clients by offering industry insights and technology expertise. Although a strong technical acumen within the B2B online payment space is key, they’re also looking for a relationship builder who understands how to create and maintain a culture of customer excellence while championing a data-driven, strategic approach to scalability. [REMOTE] Director of Client Engagement (B2B fintech payment exp. req.) Responsibilities

  • Build and grow Account Management teams
    • Develop scalable processes and frameworks for growth
    • Oversee customer lifecycle to ensure a positive experience
    • Consult with enterprise-level companies providing strategic direction
    • Coach Account Managers on best practices and strategies for QBRs while identifying gaps
    • Encourage collaboration for excellent service while maintaining a focus on revenue
    • Establish metrics for defining the relationship with customers and value to the business
    • Partner across business units to align with customer objectives and streamline onboarding
    • Meet payment adoption and revenue goals and develop strategies that propel future earnings
    • Travel to meet offsite with internal stakeholders and conduct QBRs as needed

[REMOTE] Director of Client Engagement (B2B fintech payment exp. req.) Qualifications

  • Experience working in a start-up environment required
    • Proven track record in managing enterprise client relationships required
    • 5 years of B2B online payment processing experience within a Fintech company required
    • 7 years of sales experience driving customer engagement and retention strategies required
    • Strong background overseeing account management teams required
    • Willingness to travel domestically 30-50% required
