• Build strong customer relationships

• Deliver customer-centric solutions

• Develop strategies that meet specific client needs
  • Identify opportunities for clients and deliver information in a consumable and actionable way
  • Ensure all promised deliverables are delivered on time and within budget
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) in the Digital PR space
  • Source and acquire backlinks
  • Manage all client communications
  • Write and follow up on press releases, media alerts, pitches
  • Coordinate interviews to establish thought leadership
  • Build and maintain targeted media lists
  • Manage media relations
  • Write and edit press releases, articles, and other content
  • Measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns

• 5+ years of Public Relations experience required
  • 3+ years of Client-Facing Account Management experience required
  • 3+ years of Agency or PR Firm experience required
  • 2+ years of press placement and managing press contacts experience required
  • Experience with common PR tools (e.g., MuckRack, Prowly, Cision, Prezly, or similar) required
