About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue processes through data-driven insights. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success, to enhance revenue efficiency and alignment, and support our growth objectives. This position is ideal for a driven individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimisation.
  • Proactively identify gaps in revenue processes and areas for improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and report on key growth performance indicators (KPIs) such as ARR, CAC, churn rate, sales bookings, and LTV.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of sales team performance at both team and individual levels, including individual activity, conversion rates, sales cycle, quota attainment, and sales velocity, while tracking this data over time.
  • Evaluate marketing activities and lead generation efforts to assess their effectiveness and campaign performance.
  • Scrutinise sales pipeline, sales activities, and overall performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and track sales funnel conversion rates such as Lead to MQL, MQL to SQL, SQL to Opportunity, and Opportunity to Close.
  • Cross-analyse customer commercial, churn, product performance and product engagement data to inform GTM strategy.
  • Monitor, maintain and improve data integrity across our revenue tech stack to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Maintain existing dashboards and reporting to provide ongoing insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, partnerships, finance, and customer success teams to streamline processes and support alignment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of growth strategies and revenue operations initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and management of revenue systems and tools.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to key stakeholders, including handling inquiries, GTM process support, quote approvals, and deal contracting.
  • Produce ad hoc analysis as required by relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a data analyst role supporting sales/marketing organisations, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel, SQL) with the ability to visualise data effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other related marketing and sales tools.
  • Familiarity with the rhythm of the business reporting and development of KPIs and OKRs.
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of sales funnels, processes, data, and financial metrics associated with building a revenue team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Comfort with working under ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field or experience.

A plus, but not required:

  • Practical exposure to AI-enabled tools and leveraging AI to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in successfully rolling out lead/opportunity attribution reporting and lead scoring.
