Unicorn Role Overview:
Do you have a passion for sales and customer engagement? As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the driving force behind our clients' sales operations, supporting their teams with vital tasks that ensure smooth and effective sales processes. What You’ll Do:

- Lead Management: Assist in managing and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to sales teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling client correspondence.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing data to provide insights and track performance against targets.
- Order Processing: Handle order processing and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather market intelligence to support sales strategies.
- Proposal Preparation: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients and prospects, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.
