Description
About the Client A U.S.-based construction and remodeling company operating both general contracting and plumbing divisions, serving residential projects across multiple scopes. The team values professionalism, clear communication, and systematic operations to deliver high-quality client experiences.
Why does this role exist? This role exists to buy back 10–15 hours per week for the owner by delegating the systematic pre-qualification, vetting, and pre-construction intake process. As the company scales toward $5M in annual sales, the SDR will handle first-touch sales calls, educate prospects on the pre-construction workflow, and move only properly qualified clients into paid, on-site assessments. The role also reduces the administrative load on field staff by coordinating follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
