💼 About the Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) We're looking for a self-motivated, energetic Sales Development Representative with 1+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience and a proven track record in cold calling and email prospecting. You'll be one of the first points of contact with prospective customers and will play a direct role in generating qualified pipeline for our clients, booking meetings, and working hand-in-hand with our Sales Execs to close deals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
📞 Conduct high-volume outbound calling (400+ calls per week) while maintaining high-quality conversations.
📧 Send outreach emails and follow-ups
📅Schedule qualified meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers. 💬 Respond to inbound leads and qualify interest 🤝 Act as a helpful resource and product expert 📈 Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on strategy
🎯 Hit and exceed performance goals
What You’ll Need:
✔️ Native or near-native English proficiency ✔️ Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or similar tools. ✔️ Proven success booking meetings through outbound outreach ✔️Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills. ✔️ Comfortable speaking with executives and decision-makers 🎓 Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required 💡 Experience in healthcare or EdTech is a bonus

Full-Time Contractor position
100% Remote (Open to candidates based in Mexico & LATAM)
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT (1-hour lunch break)
