Position: Sales Manager

Working Hours: Predominantly US business hours (Pacific Time).

Locations: Join our remote team, open to candidates from North America and Mexico!

Hiring Company: We run customer service operations for e-commerce stores, providing customer service agents as well as customer service operation management and infrastructure improvements (workflow improvements, reporting, AI, etc.). We launched in 2015 and have a fully remote team of 100+ employees in the Philippines (including Managers, Client Management, Sales, etc.) and a great culture.

Position Summary:

As a Sales Manager, you own the success of the Sales Department. You support the creation closing of deals through execution management support of Sales Coordinator(s) Specialist(s), while also collaborating with Marketing Manager on lead generation improvements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Daily/weekly management of the department, including deal support.
  2. Team performance assessment, coaching, development.
  3. Hire, train, and fully integrate new department members.
  4. Maintain tracking of KPIs Report Up routine.
  5. Develop strategy and execution plan to achieve targets.
  6. Infrastructure and process improvement management.

Requirements

Mission Based: ( * are required)

  1. * Experience owning department quota as Manager with B2B clients/$30K-$100K yearly value/ideally with Quarterly contracts.
  2. * Experience running B2B consultative sales process with 2-3 call sales process, not short transactional sales process.
  3. * Experience leading Sales Team successfully, including deal review, call coaching, training, KPI tracking, fostering culture. Ideally, experience doing and managing outbound sales prospecting (i.e. process, infrastructure, etc.)
  4. Ideally, experience doing and managing outbound sales prospecting (i.e. process, infrastructure, etc.)
  5. Ideally, have experience managing department budgets to manage costs and meet profitability targets.
  6. Ideally, have experience managing vendors and consultants to achieve certain internal initiatives.

Qualifications Required: (* are required)

  1. * Remote work ready:
    1. stable high-speed internet with backup
    2. computer (laptop or desktop) with recommended quad-core CPU 2.5hgz+, RAM 8GB+, and dual monitor
    3. headset, mic, and webcam for meetings
    4. focused workspace.
  2. * Fluent in conversational English written and verbal.
  3. Ideally, at least 1 year of work-from-home experience
