We’re looking for an amazing Sales Manager who will lead a high performing team of Account Executives to achieve our new business revenue goals and have a huge impact on the construction industry. This role works closely with our Sales leadership team, Sales Operations, and Marketing. Our current AE team is fully remote, and we are looking for a Sales Manager who can help coach and scale the team as we continue to grow our SMB, MM, and Enterprise segments.

About the Role

This role will include:

  • Managing a team of Account Executives with goals of consistently meeting and exceeding their quota targets

  • Assisting your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value of Kojo

  • Monitoring sales performance effectively, including activity, pipeline generation, monthly forecasts, and quota attainment

  • Regularly reporting on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting

  • Identifying and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity

  • Coaching AEs daily in an effort to uplevel them to be as self sufficent as possible

  • Leading the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets

  • Participating in the hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members

About You

What you’ve accomplished:

  • Have 3+ years of AE management experience with a track record of excellence leading a high performing team, in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company

  • Demonstrated experience upleveling AEs to close new business deals in SMB, Mid-Market, and ideally Enterprise as well

  • Have experience and functional knowledge of our Sales tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.

  • Are excited by attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining world-class talent in order to build a high performing AE team

  • Has been a high achieving AE prior to moving into Sales leadership

  • Demonstrate excellent business acumen and understanding of company goals and the role you and your team play within the organization

  • Have a reputation with cross-functional teams as being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable

  • Think big by working to achieve a deep understanding of the world of subcontractors and value selling practices

Salary: Your salary will be dependent upon many factors, including your experience level, skillset, market dynamics and balancing internal equity relative to other Kojo employees. Location: Kojo’s team members work from home 100% of the time across North and South America. If applicable, we’ll identify the travel and/or location-specific requirements of a position in the text above.
