Working as a Pricing Analyst in the Pricing and Proposals organization, you will manage and support the Offer, Bid, and Proposal requests to ensure the timely turnaround of sales responses, known as “Offers,” while ensuring that we meet and make sure company policies and procedures!

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

You will develop a solid understanding of our products and services and work closely with the Sales team and Product Line Managers.

You will handle the end-to-end Offers process, ensuring deadlines are met as needed. This includes handling the necessary approvals, generating and collating the appropriate documents, and communicating with the vital parties when needed.

  • Working cross-functionally with internal business leaders and key stakeholders as appropriate to guarantee the recommended response strategy is met and timely responses are made.
  • Preparing the financial analysis, using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Hyperion, to ensure CommScope Finance objectives are met. This will include revenue recognition, vendor compliance, and most favored nations (MFN) analysis/compliance.
  • Responsible for preparing the necessary documentation, such as offer letters, term sheets and other supporting customer documentation and analysis as needed.
  • Acting as a change agent, identifying efficiencies and process improvements.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Validated experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF.
  • Three or more years of proven experience working with sales or product management
  • Demonstrated experience using SAP, Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Financial Analysis experience (knowledge of revenue recognition. Contract management, INCO Terms, and deal structures preferred).
  • Ability to work and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing multiple projects/demands and working with minimal direction.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
