
Sales Service Representative

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is looking for a Sales Service Representative to support inbound sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to individuals seeking debt settlement and debt consolidation solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and guiding prospective clients through important financial decisions. You will primarily engage with individuals who have already expressed interest in the company’s services, while also conducting follow-up and outbound outreach when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales & Customer Support
Answer incoming calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services
Provide accurate information about available programs and financial solutions
Understand each client’s financial situation and recommend appropriate options
Deliver a professional, empathetic, and consultative customer experience Lead Follow-Up & Outreach
Follow up promptly with leads generated through various marketing channels
Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients throughout the sales process
Conduct outbound follow-up and cold calls when required
Build trust and strong relationships with potential clients CRM & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities
Update CRM systems with detailed notes and communication history
Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-up Team Collaboration
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals
Share feedback and insights to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness
Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and company offerings Requirements
Experience
Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
Experience within financial services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, lending, or related industries is preferred Core Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Professional phone presence and active listening skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Comfortable handling sensitive financial conversations professionally and confidentially Technical Skills
Experience using CRM systems and customer management software
