What will help you succeed at Globant:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce Features.
- Build custom objects, workflows, and reports to support loyalty program processes and analytics.
- Ensure high-quality code and adhere to Salesforce best practices, including coding standards, design patterns, security, and data quality
- Intermediate English skills.
- Background in backend or full-stack development.
- Experience in Classic and Lightning versions.
- Knowing about Cloud and Apex (Force) architecture.
Loyalty Program Development:
- Designed, developed, and customized Salesforce Loyalty Programs, including integrating loyalty functionality with other business systems.
- Implement customer rewards, member enrollment, redemptions, referral tracking, and personalized offers.
