Job Description

You will report to the Technology Organization and coach/guide teams toward Agile maturity, as well as help direct project management functions for the development and execution of major projects. You will work closely with engineering and business teams, that support healthcare revenue cycle management solutions.
You'll have opportunity to:
- Interact professionally with colleagues at all levels, including senior and executive management
- Be accountable for effective scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up, grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, scrum-of-scrums
- Coach and guide a team toward stable velocity, successfully meeting sprint commitments and project release dates
- Coordinate and facilitate project and sprint production releases across multiple teams
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex, technical projects
- High proficiency in Atlassian suite (Confluence, JIRA)
- 2+ years experience in ScrumMaster role and software project management
- Any of the following certifications
- PMI-ACP
- CSM
- SAFe
