Position Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and systems that leverage Salesforce to meet the needs of our clients. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, extensive experience conducting field work, and a proven track record of driving successful business outcomes.
Please note that this role may require travelling to USA, and availability to work remotly on a Monday to Friday basis, 7.30 am to 3.30 pm PST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify gaps and propose solutions using Salesforce.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation.
- Perform data analysis, create reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.
- Conduct field work to gather data, observe operations, and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including executive leadership, to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our business processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce and field work.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.
- Proven experience in conducting field work, including site visits, data collection, and process observation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is highly desirable.
