The PosiGen Channel Marketing Manager will help build PosiGen’s accelerating Channel growth through daily management, programming and campaign planning for all B2B partner and customer engagement touchpoints. This position will be responsible for planning, executing and analyzing key metrics essential to managing partner engagement and growth performance. This position will also have oversight of Direct Sales monthly planning calendars, creative development and tool development. This dynamic role will work across the organization with high visibility to senior leadership. Your work will touch all aspects of internal and external communications for the brand and Channel team. This role requires an individual to be detail-oriented, deadline driven and possess strong leadership skills while having fun in a dynamic environment.
Candidates should have specific experience with helping manage lead generation sales workflows and responsibilities that include budgeting, measuring performance and planning.
This position is open to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States and residing in the following states: AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MA, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, & VA.
Required travel up to 25%.
Essential Job Functions
- Help build channel brand strategy and brand voice across multiple platforms as attached to ROI and as it complements Direct Sales strategy
- Own Channel creative development for all materials (digital and analog)
- Propose new budgets and resources for approval by ELT
- Support weekly online reviews for current channel partners and customers by partnering with Customer Care and Operations teams to track customer comments through to resolution
- Support Marketing team with new creative executions and ideation
- Manage existing library of approved materials for distribution
- Ideating, researching, and presenting concepts for new creative
- In partnership with sales build owned and operated campaigns with intent to drive qualified traffic
- Support Channel Marketing leadership in managing direct reports, partner agencies and other vendors
- Train PosiGen staff, advocates and partners to understand and embrace Channel proposition
- Opportunity to extend into additional marketing team needs for brand communications and digital deliverables

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ year solar industry experience, B2B or Channel Experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Canva, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
- Preferred, but not required, experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Base Salary$140,000—$150,000 USD
