As a Senior DevOps Engineer at 360dialog, you will be responsible for providing scalable, reliable and easily accessible infrastructure services to our product teams (based on the Google Cloud) and help them with all aspects related to automatization, scalability, reliability and security.

Your role and responsibilities:
- Setting up and managing infrastructure-as-code in the Google Cloud (GCP)
- Setting up development pipelines and supporting software engineering teams
- Identifying areas of improvement and automatizing software engineering related, test related, monitoring alerting related and deployment related processes
- Having a constant eye on scalability (as we expect to have accelerated growth in many areas)
- Championing standards that allow our systems to be flexible, maintainable and scalable
- Mentoring software engineers to help them develop a proper DevOps approach
- Collaborating with other senior engineers across our entire product, services and application landscape
- Establishing a security-aware culture among software engineers (security by design)
- Analyzing security aspects of our infrastructure and applications, handling security incidents and managing a continuous improvement process in this area
