Exterro is seeking a Senior E-Discovery Analyst to join its Legal Services team. The qualified candidate for this position will have experience providing a full range of support and technical assistance to clients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handles all facets of importing and processing data, importing load files, creates, and maintains databases and prepares electronic document productions
- Assist with best practices and workflows for clients
- Assist with creation of search terms and data reduction methodologies
- Assists in developing effective database searches
- Manages the technical administration of document reviews
- Provides training to legal teams and contract staff on litigation support software applications
- Monitors metrics and communicates with clients, and internal team members on project progress
- Troubleshoots technical issues with incoming data and software applications
- Assists in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions.
- Must be able to multitask, have strong organizational/interpersonal skills, and be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
Required Experience:
- Only those with 3-5+ years litigation support/eDiscovery experience will be considered for this position.
- Strong working knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle and the litigation workflow.
- Excellent communication skills, especially written, with the ability to clearly present technical information to non-technical clients and users.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard workflows and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and to communicate with teams when assistance is needed to meet client deadlines.
- Strong technical skills
- Experience of machine learning in the eDiscovery process, including TAR and CAL.
- Experience managing customer accounts
