About the Role

Are you a seasoned ERP Consultant and Manager looking for a dynamic role with global impact? Tecsys has an exciting opportunity for you! Join us as we seek an experienced professional to lead a team of Application Specialists within our Global Operations team.

As the ERP Consulting Manager, you'll be at the forefront of consulting and implementing world class supply chain solutions in addition to leading internal initiatives and providing management guidance and insight. Your role will involve implementing our products, providing senior oversight, and collaborating closely with project teams to exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in consulting, application knowledge, and supply chain management is pivotal for the success of our implementation processes.

This opportunity will allow you to play a pivotal part in facilitating software transitions and user adoption, drawing on your expertise in project implementation, demand planning, forecasting, testing strategy, accounting, hospital pharmacy, distribution and supply chain management. In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Direct project implementations, providing senior oversight and collaborating closely with project teams.
  • Utilize consulting acumen and supply chain expertise for successful implementation processes.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption in client organizations through expertise in supply chain, project methodology, testing strategy, and change management.
  • Foster a client-centric work ethic and maximize billable hours.
  • Oversee customer-focused application specialists, ensuring quality professional services.
  • Lead and motivate the team, ensuring effective communication and process improvements.
  • Maintain high productivity and achieve quarterly KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience implementing supply chain software solutions or similar, either in a consulting or software services company.
  • 5+ years of experience in team/line management within a software implementation environment working for a consulting or software services company.
  • Strong understanding of requirements definition, business process mapping, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training.
  • Fundamental understanding of Accounting and General Ledger journal entry and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of hospital in-patient pharmacy operations
  • Experience with testing strategy, methodology and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • MS Office and advanced Excel skills are required.
  • The following would be considered assets in this role: Knowledge of hospital supply/inventory management & Project Management
  • Travel is required for this position.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
