Your new role
Join our engineering department, where you'll become part of an ecosystem designed for innovation and excellence. Our structure features cross-functional development teams dedicated to continuous improvement, feature enhancement, and the creation of new products. These teams are supported by our Quality Assurance (QA) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) groups, ensuring product delivery and stability. In addition, you'll work closely with our Product & People team, a Software Architect, and our VP of Engineering, all united in tackling new challenges, fostering innovation, and guaranteeing both product success and customer satisfaction. As a Product Manager you will drive the full lifecycle of product management from discovery to launch, taking ownership of key initiatives. You will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap, gathering customer insights, and delivering impactful solutions that meet market demands.
(Senior) Product Manager
Job location: on-site in Düsseldorf or remote in Germany
Your challenge:
- Drive the product management process from ideation through to release, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs. Take ownership of key product initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
- Be in frequent touch with our customers and further stakeholders to collect feedback and capture, analyse and document their requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven evaluations to identify high-impact feature and product opportunities. Use these insights to prioritize the product backlog.
- Write detailed user stories and requirements, incorporating both functional and non-functional aspects. Create mock-ups and prototypes to communicate product concepts effectively.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and guide future development. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Work closely with the other Product Managers as well as the development teams and support the agile development processes. Align and communicate product roadmaps as well as progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance your skills and product expertise in a fast-paced, evolving company. Stay on the cutting edge of trends in conversational AI and customer experience.
Requirements
About you
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS platforms. Demonstrated success in managing products through the entire lifecycle.
- You have a technical mindset. Hands-on experience as a Software Engineer as well as experience in the Conversational AI or Contact Center industry is a plus.
- You enjoy analysing data and searching for the best ways to visualize information, to enable effective data-driven decision making.
- You have a highly analytical and curious intellect, as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex problems.
- You understand the market and industry to spot opportunities based on industry trends.
- You can balance short-term priorities with long-term goals while meeting deadlines even under time pressure and improvise when roadblocks are reached.
- You are a highly motivated team player with a hands-on and “nothing-is-impossible" mindset and develop solutions proactively and independently. You are a continuous learner keeping skills and knowledge sharp through ongoing education and curiosity.
- You have the ability to build excellent working relationships internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English.
