Mission:
The Senior Sales Administrator is essential to driving business growth by generating new leads, prospecting potential clients, and setting appointments for the Sales Manager and other sales team members. This role will focus on expanding our client portfolio within the mass tort and class action sectors, ensuring accurate CRM management, and providing vital support to the sales team. Success in this role will be measured by the quality of leads identified, the effectiveness of outreach activities, and the alignment with overall sales goals.
Key Performance Objectives (KPOs)
1. Identify and Qualify New Prospects
● Goal: Research, identify, and qualify new prospects within TCA’s target market, focusing on law firms and legal services in mass tort and class action specialties.
● Performance Standard: Add at least X qualified leads per month to the CRM database, ensuring all new prospects meet target market criteria and show potential interest.
2. Database Management and Accuracy
● Goal: Maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients, ensuring accuracy and relevancy of all CRM entries.
● Performance Standard: Ensure 100% accuracy of new prospect information in the CRM, with data audits showing minimal errors and consistent follow-up tracking.
3. Lead Outreach and Relationship Nurturing
● Goal: Conduct proactive outreach to qualified leads via email, phone, and social media, building initial rapport and interest.
● Performance Standard: Successfully engage at least 60% of qualified leads monthly, establishing a contact-to-meeting conversion rate of 60% within the first quarter.
4. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination
● Goal: Efficiently schedule and manage appointments for Sales and Account Managers, including follow-up activities as required.
● Performance Standard: Schedule a minimum of 20 appointments per month, with over 95% of appointments occurring as planned and on time.
5. Sales Meeting Preparation
● Goal: Assist in preparing sales materials, summaries, and reports that provide valuable insights for team meetings.
● Performance Standard: Prepare all required materials at least 24 hours before each meeting, ensuring accuracy and completeness to enhance strategic discussions.
6. Prospecting Activity Reporting and Strategy Improvement
● Goal: Track and analyze outreach activities, identifying trends and insights that can inform and improve prospecting strategies.
● Performance Standard: Provide bi-weekly reports on prospecting metrics, offering recommendations that enhance lead generation and improve conversion rates.
7. Collaboration and Team Support
● Goal: Work closely with the sales team to ensure all prospecting activities align with the overall sales strategy and objectives.
● Performance Standard: Achieve at least 95% alignment on prospecting activities with the sales team’s strategy, actively contributing to the team’s monthly goals.
