Responsibilities

  • Facilitate sales training sessions for internal Sales Managers across North America, leveraging personal expertise to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to bolster market presence and elevate the overall sales experience.
  • Drive the development and execution of sales initiatives aimed at achieving targeted growth and expanding territorial reach.
  • Assist in surpassing weekly KPIs for calls, meetings, registrations, and activations to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Strategically work to elevate both the quality and quantity metrics within the designated territory, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Consistently deliver the requisite number of sales training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to Sales Managers, offering tailored guidance to optimize performance and drive results.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales enablement strategies and tools to streamline processes and empower the sales team.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes and align strategies with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales training and coaching, continuously enhancing the effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience. Ideally, 5+ years experience in the travel industry and excellent knowledge of the country's travel market; specialized in sales management or business development of B2B travel companies;
  • Experience in mentorship/guidance and conducting sales trainings.
  • Competence in API technology deals;
  • Personal skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with fast-changing business environment, teamplayer;
  • Analytical skills. Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven and good with numbers;
  • International mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
  • Languages knowledge. Fluent in English is a must; additional language is a plus. 50 – 60% of working time might be required for market visits in USA.
