Requirement:
- Granicus is looking for a Salesforce CPQ Developer to deliver technical enhancements to Granicus’ CPQ on strategic and tactical CPQ related projects that improve usability and increase business efficiencies related to Opportunity, Quote, Configuration, Pricing, Billing and Order management. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze business and functional requirements, develop technical requirements, and design solutions in accordance with Salesforce best practices
- Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on Salesforce and CPQ best practices
- Act as internal point of contact for all CPQ custom development needs
- Develop enhancements to CPQ to improve usability and business efficiencies
- Perform hands-on configuration activities and provide demonstrations of new functionalities to business stakeholders
- Assist with QA, UAT, and go-live activities
- Create documentation, including technical and business documents
- Provide guidance and best practice sharing for other members of the CPQ team
- Provide guidance and best practice sharing for other members of the CPQ team
- Collaborate with integration teams to integrate CPQ with other systems such as CRM, ERP, and billing platforms, ensuring data integrity and seamless flow of information
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in hands on CPQ Developer role; Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification required
- 1+ year of hands-on experience working with Conga
- Experience working with NetSuite a plus
- Knowledge of common pricing strategies deployed by SaaS companies
- Demonstrated Expertise in Quote to Cash Processes that include Sales Processes, Product Modelling Techniques, Pricing and Discounting Models, Quote, Order and Renewal Processes
- Excellent knowledge of and proven expertise with Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- Excellent Communication, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Hands-on and Passionate about learning Granicus and our industry
- Experience working in an Agile environment
