Senior Treasury Analyst -

General Summary:

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s global treasury, including daily liquidity management, foreign exchange, cash forecasting/planning, lender compliance packages and banking & treasury operations. This individual works in partnership with various Finance teams to contribute to the overall financial objectives of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the Tax and Treasury team, with a high attention to detail
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings to provide recommendations that would ultimately increase the effectiveness and productivity of the Tax and Treasury team
  • May coach and review the work of other team members
  • Performs daily, weekly, monthly, and or periodic cash management, funding and payment functions, including preparing payment and wire transfer requests
  • Manages global bank and merchant accounts and troubleshoots bank account and treasury related issues
  • Develops and drives tools to analyze and forecast the company’s cash flows
  • Develops, monitors, and interprets weekly cash position reporting to identify various drivers and key business opportunities
  • Interprets significant cash variances and recommends solutions
  • Prepares lender compliance packages
  • Sets-up new bank accounts and makes updates to authorized signors for local entities as needed
  • Leads cross-functional projects with Accounting and IT to optimize key internal processes involving bank products and services and recommend solutions
  • Monitors and analyzes fees and expenses related to merchant accounts and commercial card programs
  • Provides timely and accurate support for audit and FBAR processes
  • Partners with and support our global Collections, AP, Payroll, Tax, IT, T&E and Accounting teams
  • Supports additional needs of the Finance Team, as assigned

  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
  • Advanced knowledge of finance processes, typically obtained through advanced education and/or work experience
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets
  • Outstanding communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening
  • Proven analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data to find solutions to various problems
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Ability to manage competing priorities among several stakeholders
  • Preferred: ERP experience (NetSuite, if possible)

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of Accounting and/or Treasury experience

Working Conditions:

  • Remote/Hybrid/In-Office depending on location
  • 0-10% travel may be required
