Why it matters: Our Services Account Executive will play an integral role in building our differentiating services arm and in driving the vision for Axios HQ as an AI-powered essential communications tool in the market for new customers as well as existing.

Go deeper: In this role, you will make an impact to Axios HQ through the following responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of named accounts of large enterprise organizations - including both current customers and prospects - to cultivate relationships and establish and grow partnerships with Axios HQ.
  • Collaborate with AM/CSM teams, sales, marketing, and our services team to build and design custom professional service offerings that will meet the customer’s needs.
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle - from prospecting to deal closure, and then maintain the relationship to uncover additional revenue opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for Axios HQ’s professional services - both internally and externally.

The details: Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios HQ’s mission and values — raise the bar, stay curious, be inclusive, always, and champion each other — and have the following skills/experience:

  • 5+ years of direct professional services sales experience
  • Highly skilled at managing a multi-threaded sales process - involving multiple client stakeholders and decision makers using solution-selling principles and concepts
  • Selling professional services into Fortune 1000 companies
  • Collaborative - both internally and externally
  • A hunter mentality - has worked in a new business environment with a consultative sales approach
  • Creative and open to trying to new ways of doing things

  • Axios HQ believes in fair and equitable pay. Annual compensation for this role is in the range of $130,000-$165,000k and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills.
