West Coast Hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Responsibilities
- Responding to internal and external communication and requests in a timely fashion
- Liaison with other departmental teams to ensure accuracy of deliverables and facilitate an exceptional client experience through project completion
- Maintain all data (entry, integrity, reporting, etc.) in CRM for all Global engagements
- Create agreements, proposals, and estimates for Legal Technology engagements
- Research case information and perform internal conflict checks for new engagements
- Perform project and data analysis on internal systems to provide timely metrics and bill points in support of Sales and Client Services; includes but not limited to account history, financial status, estimates and executive level reporting
- Utilize analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of account information, invoices and reporting for internal and external clients
- Knowledge of internal business systems and the operational source systems where metrics derive
- Manage multiple client projects at any given time, collaborating with Sales, Project Managers, Operations, and at times external Firms and End Clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple projects and encourage team to do the same
- Strong understanding of department goals and willingness to work with a team to achieve them
- Ability to effectively and adeptly communicate (verbally and in writing) both internally and externally to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence
- Knowledge of the concepts, principles, management, and processing of electronically stored information (ESI) as they relate to legal matters
- Capability to manage multiple projects and work on a tight timeframe
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing reporting needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), ERP system experience
- Flexibility to work early morning, evening or weekend hours as needed; and
- Flexibility to handle additional special projects as assigned

Individual compensation will vary, although a reasonable estimate of the current annualized base pay range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000.
