We are seeking a talented SharePoint Developer individual to join our MMC Tech team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania as part of our local Tech Hub.
Marsh McLennan (MMC) has established its EMEA Technology Hub in Cluj, Romania, reflecting our commitment to innovation and excellence. This hub is central to our digital strategy, addressing emerging challenges and enhancing service delivery through advanced technology solutions that empower our clients and promote sustainable growth.
We will count on you to:
- Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
- Customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, and other tools.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement SharePoint-based workflows and document management solutions.
- Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint data and applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features and best practices.
What you need to have:
- Excellent communication both in English and Romanian
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and Office 365.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
