    Responsibilities

    • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across SMB to midmarket accounts.

    • Engaging with HR leaders to position Workvivo as a strategic partner.

    • Developing and executing territory plans that drive pipeline growth and account expansion.

    • Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless customer experiences.

    • Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management. What we’re looking for

    • 2 - 5 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years focused on employee engagement, survey, or listening solutions.

    • Build trusted relationships with senior HR decision-makers.

    • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 3–6+ months.

    • Communicate with clarity and confidence in executive-level presentations.

    • Apply consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

    • Show equivalent practical experience in software or HR technology sales.

    • Bring experience selling SaaS solutions to organizations with 500 - 2500 employees.

    Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

    Minimum:

    $139,100.00Maximum:

    $283,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

    Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

    We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
