We are currently looking for a Software Engineer to join our Technology Team in Athens.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Turn specifications into well-written code
- Deliver programming tasks on a timely manner
- Understand business requirements
- Research and suggest programming solutions to business requirements
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with PHP frameworks - experience in Laravel framework will be highly valued
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Familiarity with writing SQL queries - experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL would be considered a plus
- Experience working with Version Control (especially Git, having used in a team environment)
- Keen interest in problem solving, optimization and coding best practices
- Excellent command of the English Language, both written and verbal
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
