Role Summary:

Our Solutions Delivery Team is accountable for software implementation and associated service transformation of a specific Notable solution. This requires management from the moment a sales opportunity closes until the implementation is complete, the value creation target is achieved, and the customer is referenceable. We are concentrated in Chicago, San Francisco and otherwise distributed near customers to enable regular onsite presence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead internal and external kickoffs to understand partner strategy and align program goals.

  • Tailor the best practice implementation plan template to the relevant products and customer context

  • Ensure EHR access for successful job execution, collaborating with Product Delivery Lead.

  • Conduct Workflow Discovery, recommend design choices, and configure Notable platform accordingly.

  • Collaborate with Product Operations and Delivery Leads for thorough testing of workflows and jobs.

  • Facilitate smooth introduction to Notable Support processes and identify staff for training.

  • Lead weekly internal and external huddles to discuss progress, achievements, and critical next steps.

  • Publish concise weekly project status reports and escalate risks/blockers to Team Lead with actionable recommendations.

  • Walk the halls at your customers to build deep understanding of their context and strong working relationships

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with enterprise software workflow design, technical project management, configuration, tech consulting or similar

  • Knowledge of health system technology a plus (EHRs, various integrated point solutions)

  • Ability to translate customer needs into achievable goals & impact drivers

  • Translate and present technical concepts to a variety of audiences from technical to operational to executive;

  • Flexibility to travel up to 40% for customer and company meetings

  • Passion for solving challenging problems through technology

  • Ability to think critically and logically and configure workflows using a no-code admin console

  • Thrive in an autonomous role in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast paced environment

  • Enjoy working with internal R&D teams and external customer facing teams to solve cross-functional problems
