JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our team. The Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing compensation data, and providing strategic recommendations to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include but not limited to:
- Conduct regular market salary surveys to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards and trends.
- Evaluate job descriptions and determine appropriate salary ranges based on market data, internal equity, and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and refine compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Lead compensation-related projects, such as salary structure reviews, incentive plan design, and annual compensation reviews.
- Maintain and analyze compensation data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders and executives, understanding their needs and expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, including ability to model & interpret data
- Strong, hands-on experience of job evaluation & benchmarking, as well as ideally having modeled/designed salary structures from start to finish
- Experience in benchmarking and ideally designing incentive plans, including short-term, long-term & sales
- Experience in leading Annual Review Process (i.e. merit budgeting, etc.)
- Strong HRIS background, with ability to learn & take over administration/set up of processes in Rippling
- Prolonged periods of sitting.
- Prolonged periods of typing
- Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers.
- Ability to lift (up) to 15 pounds at times.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-115,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
