Who we’re looking for
We're hiring a Media Buyer who will work directly with the founding team. In this role, your primary focus is to create and run paid ads for our client's, with a focus on Meta (Facebook & Google). We need someone who can think strategically and analyze data effectively, while also bringing creativity to the role. The ideal candidate has extensive Meta Ads experience, with advanced knowledge of running ads for DTC businesses in the USA.
Responsibilities
Strategize and implement strategic paid ads campaigns aligned with client objectives
Collaborate closely with team members to share knowledge and tackle challenges
Communicate with clients on all elements of the campaign, including planning, performance, and project status
Conduct thorough keyword research and create optimal campaign structures
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new features and best practices
Dive deep into analytics to extract meaningful insights and identify growth opportunities
Prepare comprehensive performance reports for the internal leadership team
Use a data-driven approach to develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the client’s business objectives.
Build effective relationships with all clients
Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role is required.
Must have managed at least $100k+ / month in spend on a singel account!
Proven experience in paid media advertising, with a focus on digital platforms such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads is required.
Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics is required.
CapCut & Canva experience desired
Video editing experience desired
Agency experience is desired, specially working with US clients!
Direct-To-Consumer experience is also preferred
Exceptional English level, both written and spoken is required
