As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational excellence and strategic initiatives. You'll be instrumental in driving cross-functional programs, analyzing business opportunities, and supporting our strategic partnerships. Your insights will inform decision-making and contribute to our sustained growth and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to spearhead cross-functional programs, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
- Analyze business opportunities and challenges, leveraging data to recommend actionable strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports for tracking results and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Contribute to the development and management of strategic partnerships, enhancing our market position and competitive advantage.
- Manage operational tasks crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of company data with impeccable execution logs.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the company's success.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter, with a keen eye for detail and a curious mindset.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to guide cross-functional teams and execute strategic initiatives.
